Vacancy Rate in the following table and chart is calculated from the overall number of housing units. The owner and renter percentages are calculated from the number of occupied housing units.
Mortgage Risk gives the ratio of loan to income for new home purchases in the market. While Affordability is a more theoretical approach comparing the average Home Value and average Household Income(HHI).
